From the aesthetics of the hotel, to the staff at the front desk and everything in between our stay was fantastic! Our room was one king bed and the layout of the room was something different, something I hadn’t ever seen before which made our room enormous. Bathroom was big and I love the full-size hygiene products they provided. I don’t always take everything with me when I am just staying one night somewhere, and not all hotels provide full size products. Also, once we got settled we received a text from the front desk asking if we had settled in and needed anything. We were told to either text back or call the front desk when needed and they would be sure to get us what we need! Can’t forget breakfast, they had a great variety of options. Booking.com makes our transactions seamless and out of all 3 hotels I have booked through them, this one FAR EXCEEDED my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! Ms. Roberta (front desk clerk) was a blessing! She was very informative and made us feel very important and special. The staff and housekeepers were also very friendly. When we walked past any of them they all smiled and greeted us. Every time we left our room we came back to a clean room & bathroom, fresh towels and fixed clean bedding. We even received text asking if the room was to our liking and that it we needed anything to just let them know.. This was our first time staying in a Hampton Inn & Suites. We have a favorite hotel that we would always book because we liked it but let me tell you from now on Hampton will be our 1st choice since we are diamond members. Thank you so very much for making us feel so welcome and special. We will be back.!!

The front desk receptionist was very wonderful her name was Juliana… she made everything so comfortable and pleasant…it was our first time in Dallas and we had an horrible experience with a different hotel to the point we had to sleep in our car and it was my sons 7th birthday.. when we checked in she asked how was my day going and I just had to vent… she went out of her way to accommodate my kiddo while putting a smile on his face, when the mistake had absolutely nothing to do with her or her team nice. Everything was fresh and clean and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much Juliana and team my family and I are forever grateful and thankful.

Its our first time here and we are so satisfied with our stay. Juliana was so welcoming and attentive. The hotel was so clean and it smells good. Our room was so spacious and that made our 2 kiddos so happy. The pool was so inviting, just don’t have the energy to dive in coz we are so tired from our 5hrs drive. Theres plenty of parking space as well, and we felt safe during our stay. The breakfast was superb too! The lady in charged was so quick to refill food/items. She cleans the tables right away as the guests leaves. I def will book my next stay here whenever me and my family are in Dallas. Shoutout to Julian!you are a gem!

From the Beginning the staff was extremely friendly. The first person I met was Don, and he told me if I needed anything to just let him know. Later on, I needed to print something and Gresham James saved me on that one. He had it printed out in seconds. The breakfasts were top notch. They had all kinds of food available. The rooms were very nice and clean and the bathroom was perfect as well. My daughter was able to take a morning swim and enjoyed the heated pool before we left each day to attend our family reunion. I thoroughly enjoyed everything and do plan to come back on my next visit to Dallas. 😁
